Wave Pools and Wave Machines

Turn your pool into a beach-style attraction, a high-capacity wave zone or a mix of both. We design and manufacture commercial wave pools and wave machines for water parks, resorts and destination projects in Singapore and Southeast Asia, with Tsunami, Continuous and Fusion systems, real-sand-beach options and ISO 9001:2015 quality management covering wave-machine design, development, manufacture and installation.

Wave Pool Systems We Manufacture

Our wave pool range gives water parks and resorts three very different ways to bring the energy of the ocean into the venue, with options for dramatic surges, continuous rolling waves and mixed wave experiences.

Tsunami Wave Pool With Sand Beach

Our Tsunami Wave Pool sends large surges onto a real sand beach, giving surfers and bodyboarders an ocean-style ride. Its large capacity and family-friendly appeal suit water parks, and its wave height is adjustable.

Continuous Wave Pool

Our Continuous Wave Pool creates steady, gentle rolling waves for a soothing ocean experience without the intensity of larger waves. It suits smaller pool areas and indoor water parks, with adjustable wave height and very high capacity.

Fusion Wave Pool

Our Fusion Wave Pool combines massive tsunami-sized waves with beach-like waves in one system, offering different wave experiences in the same pool. A real sand beach and very high capacity add to its appeal for water park projects.

How Our Wave Machines Create Waves in a Pool

Tailong International manufactures wave makers for pools that generate controlled waves across the pool. Our wave generators are engineered for different wave experiences, from large tsunami-style surges to steady waves. Wave height is adjustable on the Tsunami and Continuous Wave Pools.

Wave Pool Engineering and Design

We size each wave pool to the available site and target guest capacity, then plan the floor profile and depth zones to suit the wave system. We also plan the integration of filtration, control systems and wave pool equipment within the plant room.

Quality And Safety Behind Every Wave Pool

  • ISO 9001:2015

At Tailong International, we design our wave pool systems and mechanical components to be fault-tolerant and redundant. Safety is planned into the pool design, from the layout and depth zones to how the wave system is controlled. We document and quality-inspect every batch of materials, while our equipment is thoroughly inspected and tested on site before an attraction opens to the public.

Frequently Asked Questions About Our Wave Pool Machines

How deep is a wave pool?

A wave pool’s depth depends on its wave type, layout and guest capacity, so there is no single standard depth. Tailong International sets depth for each project during site-specific engineering.

How high can the waves in a wave pool go?

Wave height depends on the wave machine and its settings, ranging from beach-style swells to large surf-style waves. Our Fusion Wave Pool can generate both massive tsunami-sized waves and continuous beach-like waves, while our Tsunami Wave Pool features adjustable wave height. Contact us to confirm the wave specifications for your project.

Can a wave pool be built indoors?

Yes, wave pools can be designed for indoor water park settings. Our Continuous Wave Pool is suited to smaller pool areas and spaces where large waves are not possible, making it an option for indoor venues with appropriate space requirements.

How is the water kept clean in a wave pool?

A wave pool is maintained through water circulation, filtration and disinfection, with water quality monitored through regular testing. Specific water-quality requirements vary by country and local regulations. In Singapore, for example, the National Environment Agency (NEA) requires aquatic facility licensees to test pH and residual disinfectant on site at least daily.

Can an existing pool be converted into a wave pool?

Converting an existing pool into a wave pool depends on the specific project requirements and engineering considerations. Tailong International provides upgrading, refurbishment and expansion solutions for existing water parks. Contact us with your project details to discuss the project requirements.
